Kraken.com now supports CHF

The San Francisco based digital assets exchange Kraken announced that in a collaboration with the Lichenstein based Bank Frick they started to support Swiss francs – CHF. This is the sixth currency that Kraken will trade, joining USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, and JPY. So Kraken now accepts CHF!

width=This partnership gives their clients the opportunity to use another fiat currency to manage their assets. The minimum funding and withdrawal limit is 100 CHF the maximum is limited by your current account level.

The starter trading pairs will be BTC / CHF and ETH / CHF – they are planning to add more in the near future.

The official CHF trading on Kraken is started on Friday, December 6 at 14:30 UTC.

This is a very bright moment for traders and hodlers who keep their fiat assets safely in Switzerland or Lichenstein – one step in the circles of fiat exchange is skipped. To try it live log in to your Kraken.com account >
